designed for many industries worldwide, to 120" water gauge, to 600,000
CFM.
With the broad market becoming more and more segmented in
recent years, Champion Fan has focused on the industrial side, rather than
the HVAC market, and on custom type applications.
While Champion Fan makes most conventional fan types, our
strength is in custom features involving higher pressure capability, special
materials and gauges, fabrications to quality standards and/or weld
specifications, all made in a variety of arrangements. Custom drawings that
include complete engineering details are provided on a per order basis.
Champion Fan considers our drawings our best sales tool when used in
conjunction with general catalog descriptions.
Areas such as the air pollution industry, petrochemical
industry, chemical industry, sludge ID fans for waste treatment plants,
various types of fans for ventilating automotive paint systems, and boiler
FD and ID fans are where we have done the majority of our business.

HPR (High Pressure Radial)
High performance radial bladed fan design capable of running at 35,000
FPM tip speed. |

UHPR (Ultra High Pressure Radial)
High performance radial bladed fan design suited for slightly higher
pressure, but lower volumetric capacity than the HPR design. |

HPSC (High Pressure Single Camber)
High pressure, low volume, backward curve bladed fan design, which
meets industries' demand for higher efficiency in handling gas streams
which are less severe in abrasion, corrosion, and/or erosion. |

HPRT (High Pressure Radial Tip)
Radial tip fan of medium volumetric capacity and high pressure design
capability. Though not as efficient as the HPSC design, the HPRT
design is clearly a better choice of fan when abrasion, corrosion,
and/or erosion is anticipated. |
